Loving a bit of synchronicity as I do, it was great to get sent this image, followed by the article here: http://thetruthaboutcancer.com/alternative-doctors-3-pillars-beating-cancer/ As well, to make it three, as waking up post sleepover, post gin, prosecco and loads of tasty vegan food, which may not have loved me as much as I loved it... For all it's OK now and again, and I'm not saying anyone should live a saintly existence every day, how many of us do it all the time - expecting our body to tolerate the abuse we put it through and continue functioning at high capacity. It's so easy to make excuses, although who are we really excusing?! Who are we punishing by our reckless neglect of the one body we have during this adventure on earth?! Who are we really 'treating' with our donuts, cakes and chips? To feel great, to give our bodies what they deserve, what they need to function well, it's quite easy - lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, unprocessed foods, and is also suggest leaving dairy, soy, sugar and wheat products behind. It is getting easier and easier to do, to find recipes and cook delicious food. There's loads more books, blogs and suggestions out there. So if you're not feeling quite as good as you might, suffering from health conditions, why not give it a go? Have a read of the article for another perspective and links to other fascinating information around improving and maintaining great health: http://thetruthaboutcancer.com/alternative-doctors-3-pillars-beating-cancer/ With love - and enjoy the adventure!
