Sophie Rucker.…a recently qualified Yoga teacher on the path to making the world a better place - starting from within.
She has been practising yoga for around 5 years, taking her first class at university whilst studying journalism. People come to yoga seeking something and its usually more than just stretching the physical body. Yoga opens up the mind, body and soul to new found truths. The more time we spend on the mat, the more we come home to ourselves.
She will be guiding you through a morning practise dedicated to openness and closing the day with a slower yin/restorative practise to mindfully be with your body and whatever it may need.
Sophie is a lover of life and all of its adventures - consuming food, travel and everything green in-between. You will find her professionally eating and reviewing restaurants in London. At festivals campaigning for Greenpeace UK whilst helping Centre Point put an end to youth homelessness and managing Movember’s kick ass social media.
