I love supporting HHA and have done several fundraising ventures for them. They do AMAZING work in Tanzania - click on the image opposite or above to find out more.

It's a win-win... it motivates me to continue with a challenge - whether that be swimming 2 miles in Lake Windermere, supporting my daughter's fundraising swim in Lake Derwent.. or doing a triathlon... and supports an incredible not for profit organisation. This morning I was thinking about my plank a day during April and the idea for 'A Plank a Day for HHA' was born.

My rules:

• 30 second (minimum) plank once a day until May 5th 2024

I've done one a day for the first 5 days of April but seems fair to do for 30 days from here

• I will take a daily photo and update on my Instagram
