Thoughts on the world, homeopathy, mindfulness and food...
A collection of blog posts - feel free to respond with your thoughts and comments - I love to have feedback - thank you!
I frequently work with clients who suffer from anxiety, have issues around nervousness or fear. I frequently see their situations improve over time working together. Generally though, using the mindfulness work I work with, or indeed I would also say homeopathy too, has helped me personally be far less concerned about new things, happy to give things a go (don't talk to me about rollercoasters though!).
However, it was that I ended up, one recent Wednesday evening, way, way outside my comfort zone. And, funnily enough, as it happens - I loved it (that said, experience tells me I frequently do).
So, the clue being in the title I'll crack on and give you the link just here for the podcast of my radio interview: http://www.podcasts.canstream.co.uk/phoenix/audio/phoenix_20-07-16_3-19_1469037603.mp3
The interview was with Tee Liburd of Phoenix FM, a Calderdale based station and I discuss homeopathy, mindfulness along with my way of working with people and new things coming up.
I'd love it if you have a listen and let me know what you think! I am always happy to answer questions or chat about homeopathy, mindfulness, food and life if you've any queries having had a listen.
Best wishes and good health to you,
I'm a Homeopath working in the Skipton (North Yorkshire) area. I am also able to offer food intolerance testing using Kinesiology and advice around diet and lifestyle.
