Smoothies which all feature the brilliant banana
I love bananas for so many things, their versatility, modest price, misunderstood nature (lost count of the number of people who've warned me about potassium poisoning whilst having no awareness that the banana is around the 73rd position on the list of the 'most potassium rich foods out there'. You'll get more potassium from a jacket potato than 3 bananas put together. Anyway enough ramblings.
The following are simple, easy to create recipes designed to share or have as a meal. If the quantities are too big for you then simply adapt proportionally - or make it up and store some as a snack for later.

One of my favourites...
Green Pineapple Smoothie
5 bananas
1/2 pineapple
2 handfuls spinach
1/2 pint water.
Blend. 'Chew'. Drink. Smile :)
Green Mango Smoothie
5 bananas
1 mangoes
2 handful spinach
Blend with ¼-1/2 pint water to suit
Pear Green Smoothie
5 bananas
2 pears
2 handful spinach
Blend with ½ pint water
Blue Bananas
5 bananas
2 cups blueberries
Optional spinach
Blend with ½ pint water (more if needed)
Pink Bananas
5 bananas
2 cups raspberries
1-2 sticks celery
Chop celery into small chunks to make it easier to blend and then blend together
Green Orange Smoothie
5 bananas
4 oranges
3 handfuls of spinach
Water if needed
Blend (this isn't perfectly combined - the bananas are sweet fruits which aren't ideal with acid fruits like oranges. I adore it though so thought would share. If your digestion is less robust then leave this one out of your smoothie repertoire)
Plain Bananas
5 bananas
Blend with ½ pint water
Fresh Banana Smoothie

One romaine lettuce
½ pint water.
Blend
Figgy Nanas
2 bananas
4 figs
Blend with ½ pint water to taste
Passion Smoothie
1 passion fruit
4 bananas
Blend with enough water to have a smooth smoothie.
Chocolate Smoothie
5 bananas
1 dessertspoon cocoa powder
(Add 1-2 oranges for a Chocolate Orange Smoothie)

Summer Smoothie
4 peaches
3 bananas
¼ iceberg lettuce
1 cup strawberries
Blend
5 bananas
1/2 pineapple
2 handfuls spinach
1/2 pint water.
Blend. 'Chew'. Drink. Smile :)

1 cup non dairy milk
1-2 handfuls of kale (don't hold back!)
1 desert spoon each of hemp seed, chia seed and mixed seeds

1/2 cup granola
1-2 handfuls spinach
Water to blend
Add a little granola on the top to decorate.
