2 pockets stuffed full-worth of freshly foraged wild garlic from the woods A handful of walnuts 2 large pinches nutritional yeast Juice of an organic lemon A splash of extra virgin olive oil Mixed in food processor until smoother but not entirely smooth. I loved this over roasted veg, with salads, on gluten free pasta or on rye bread. Have a play and see what you think. |
