Summer fruit nice cream with mango sorbet and a fruit coulis 🍒
Summer fruit ice cream was 4 chopped, frozen bananas blended with 1 cup frozen summer fruit until smooth.
Mango sorbet - frozen mango chunks blended until smooth.
Fruit coulis 1 cup frozen summer fruits, 7 dried dates and 1 medium orange blended until smooth.
Layer together however makes you happy - mine was like this ->
Top with fruit/chopped nuts or a cheeky drizzle of raw chocolate!
