Food Intolerance Testing
I use muscle testing/kinesiology to assess 120 different foods/substances and am able to give recommendations based on the results of the test around potential dietary changes. Kinesiology – the study of mechanics of body movements is probably best known for its use in testing for food sensitivities and it’s this that I use it mostly for. It’s non invasive (so no needles!) and using this system I am able to test anyone from tiny babies through to the very elderly. Anyone can benefit!
However healthy a diet may appear to be, should those ‘healthy’ foods disagree with you as an individual, they won’t be serving you well and it will be difficult to function at your best.
I enjoy being able to support clients through making these changes and can recommend books, share recipes, give suggestions and also offer workshops to discover more.
Substances tested are as in the following list. If there are other things you are concerned about an intolerance to, feel free to get in touch and to bring those along to the session.
