Raw Energy Balls
To make the raw energy balls (which could also be used as a pie/cheesecake base):
1 cup dates
1 cup almonds
3/4 cup raisins
1/3 cup mixed seeds (I used pumpkin, sesame, sunflower - you could also add chia seeds in if you liked or other seeds).
Mix in food processor until starting to stick together. If too dry add more dates/raisins/tbsp tahini), and if too wet, more of the dry ingredients.
Form into small balls.
Try not to eat all at once... I admit to finding these a little bit irresistable ;)
