Children's Guided Meditations
As a homeopath, mindfulness practitioner and a mother, something that's become noticable to me is how little we expect our children to engage in mindfulness, often rushing them from one activity to the next with little time for catching up between. Not everyone obviously but the trend is for them to do music skills, dancing, activities, groups and more. The downtime is limited and sometimes it's missed. The quiet spaces between the activity can sometimes be where the magic is. And so with this in mind, I've written a series of children's meditations. They last between 4 and 6 minutes so are a good length as a wind down before bed, or even for a bit of quiet time in the day. Have a listen, share them and relax!
