Super Cookies
1 cup applesauce, 2 bananas, 1/2 cup dates (blended til smooth), then add 1/8 cup chia seeds, 1/4 cup millet grains, 1/4 cup flaxseed, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 4 cups oats, and a pinch salt stirred into the apple/date/nanas mix.
Baked 180° for 20-25 minutes. That was our 'probably no vegan snacks at the concert interval' snacks sorted!
Half were made like that and 1/4 with dark chocolate chips stirred in. Last 1/4 with Brazil nuts and cashews added. All were yummy!
