Hummus
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 cloves of garlic (optional)
1/2 medium peeled courgette
pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
Combine chickpeas, garlic, courgette, lemon juice, salt, paprika and cumin in the food processor. Blend until smooth.
