With the equinox on the 21st and the gong bath on the 20th September it feels like a lovely week to celebrate life! It’s happening at the Methodist Chapel in the adjoining hall room and starts at 7.45pm, running until 9.30pm.
In order to secure a place, Dee asks people to donate the £13 to her just giving site in advance and state their first name with date of gong bath they wish to attend and number of people they are booking for and to also text me (07734 861297) in order to keep abreast of the numbers of bookings due to limited availability of spaces..
She asks people to bring warm blankets; pillows, something to lie on like a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes, as they will be lying down and need to be comfortable. If they need to sit then they can bring their own garden chair.
If anyone has a health condition such as epilepsy; extreme sensitivity to sound; a pace maker, serious mental health condition or is pregnant she would not advise that person having a gong bath.
Anyone is free to discuss with Dee further on 07985 581898, or give me a shout if you’d like to book to come along – 07734 861297.
Warm wishes and hope to see you there!
